Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our meat products, we do not accept returns once the product has left our store or has been delivered to you. However, if there is a problem with your order, such as an incorrect item or an issue with quality, we encourage you to contact us immediately.
Refunds
If you receive an incorrect item or a product that is not up to standard, we offer refunds or replacements under the following conditions:
– You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your product.
– The product must remain in its original packaging and be stored correctly (refrigerated or frozen, as applicable).
– We may ask for photographic evidence of the issue.
Once we’ve reviewed the problem and confirmed the issue, we’ll offer either a replacement or a full refund to your original payment method.
Exclusions
We cannot offer refunds or replacements if the product was stored incorrectly after purchase or if you simply change your mind.
